Terms and Conditions
Structure
International Ambassador operates as a fully virtual international title program designed to provide a meaningful, accessible, and straightforward experience for delegates around the world.
Delegates are responsible for submitting all required materials by the deadlines associated with their selected seasonal cycle. Failure to submit required materials by the applicable deadline may result in disqualification, forfeiture of participation rights, and loss of eligibility for selection without refund.
Upon acceptance into the program, delegates may be awarded an official International Ambassador title and recognized as representatives within the International Ambassador system.
Delegates may be required to submit materials including, but not limited to:
• Professional Headshot
• Resume of Accomplishments
• Additional materials as requested by the organization
Submitted materials will be reviewed by the International Ambassador judging panel and may be used for judging, promotional, marketing, publication, social media, and organizational purposes.
International Ambassador titleholders will receive official regalia, which may include a title sash, crown, certificate, or other recognition items as determined by the organization. All regalia is custom-produced and may require up to five (5) weeks or longer for fulfillment.
The organization reserves the right to determine the number of titles awarded, divisions recognized, countries represented, and winners selected in each cycle.
Code of Conduct
All delegates, titleholders, parents, guardians, family members, supporters, and representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
International Ambassador reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, revoke, terminate, or deny participation, titles, awards, placements, memberships, benefits, or privileges if any individual:
• Violates these Terms and Conditions
• Engages in harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, or misconduct
• Provides false or misleading information
• Damages the reputation or operations of the organization
• Fails to uphold the standards, values, or expectations of the program
Any suspension, revocation, or termination may occur with or without notice and shall not entitle the participant to any refund, reimbursement, compensation, or replacement benefits.
Public Statements, Defamation, and Non-Disparagement
Delegates agree not to knowingly publish, distribute, communicate, or promote false, misleading, defamatory, malicious, or materially inaccurate statements concerning International Ambassador, its owners, directors, staff, sponsors, affiliates, judges, volunteers, vendors, delegates, or titleholders.
The organization reserves the right to revoke titles, terminate participation, seek corrective action, pursue available legal remedies, and recover damages where permitted by law.
Refunds Policy
No refunds will be granted for any purchase made by a legal and consenting adult.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, International Ambassador, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages arising from participation in the program.

The parties agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive method of dispute resolution, except that International Ambassador may seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, branding, reputation, or other proprietary interests.
Arbitration shall:
• Be conducted on an individual basis only
• Take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise agreed by the parties
